This License and Usage Policy explains the rights and restrictions that apply when you purchase and use a digital product from DigiHubStore.

1. License Granted
When you purchase a digital product from DigiHubStore, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your personal use and permitted business activities.

2. Single Purchaser License
Each purchase is intended for the individual customer who completed the purchase.
The license may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or given to another person.
However, where the product is being used for legitimate internal business activities, the purchaser may allow their employees or internal team members to use the product as necessary for that business purpose.
The purchaser remains responsible for ensuring that the product is not distributed outside the permitted use described in this policy.
3. Permitted Business Use
Customers may use purchased products for legitimate business activities.
For example:
Using an Excel template to manage business records
Using a business planner for internal planning
Using a marketing resource for your own business
Using a guide as part of your business workflow
Using a purchased resource while working on a client’s project
Using a product for a client project does not give the client ownership or redistribution rights to the original DigiHubStore product.
4. Employee and Team Use
The purchaser may allow employees or internal team members of their business to use a purchased product when reasonably necessary for internal business operations.
The product must remain under the control of the purchasing business and must not be shared outside the relevant business team.
The product may not be distributed to unrelated individuals, customers, or other businesses.
5. Client Project Use
Customers may use eligible DigiHubStore resources while providing services to their clients.
For example, a freelancer may use a purchased template or guide while completing work for a client.
However, the customer may not provide the original DigiHubStore product to the client as a standalone downloadable resource or transfer the license to the client.
The client receives the resulting service or work, not ownership of the DigiHubStore product.
6. Modification and Editing
Purchased DigiHubStore products may not be modified, edited, altered, rebranded, or customized unless DigiHubStore expressly provides written permission.
This restriction applies even when the modified version is intended for personal or business use.
7. Resale and Redistribution
Customers may not:
Resell purchased products
Share purchased products
Give purchased products to another person
Upload products to file-sharing services
Distribute products through Telegram or WhatsApp
Upload products to websites or social media
Distribute products through Google Drive or similar platforms
Make products available for download by others
Include the original product as a free or paid bonus with another product
Create a competing product by substantially reproducing the purchased content
8. Use in SaaS, Courses, Memberships, Apps, and Paid Services
Purchased DigiHubStore products may not be incorporated into or distributed through:
SaaS platforms
Websites
Online courses
Membership programs
Apps
Software
Paid communities
Subscription services
Client portals
Other products or services
where the DigiHubStore product or its substantial content is being provided to third parties.
Written permission from DigiHubStore is required for such uses.
9. Social Media and Public Content
Use of small portions of purchased content, screenshots, quotes, or similar material on social media or other public content may be permitted on a case-by-case basis.
Customers should contact DigiHubStore before publicly publishing such material when there is any doubt about whether the intended use is permitted.
Public use must not reproduce or distribute a substantial portion of the purchased product.
10. License Transfer
The license provided with a purchase is non-transferable.
You may not:
Sell the license
Give the license to another person
Transfer the license to another business
Transfer your purchase to another customer
Share your purchase credentials or access for the purpose of allowing another person to use the product
11. No Ownership Transfer
Purchasing a digital product does not mean that you own the copyright, intellectual property, source material, or underlying content.
You are purchasing permission to use the product according to this License and Usage Policy.
12. License Violation
If we determine that a customer has violated this policy, DigiHubStore may take appropriate action, including:
Terminating the customer’s license
Revoking product access
Restricting future purchases or access
Requesting removal of unauthorized copies or distributions
Contacting relevant platforms or service providers
Taking legal action where appropriate
Such action does not limit any other rights or remedies available to DigiHubStore under applicable law.
13. No Separate License Document
Unless specifically stated on a product page or provided in writing by DigiHubStore, the purchase receipt, order confirmation, and this License and Usage Policy together establish the applicable license terms.
No separate physical or downloadable license document is required for standard purchases.
14. Changes to This Policy
DigiHubStore may update this License and Usage Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
